Each and every Monday all of our students pack into our Great Hall for yoga, one of KSG's favorite extra-curricular activities. Led by teachers from Nairobi's Africa Yoga Project, the classes are great way for the girls to relax, learn about keeping their bodies healthy, and, of course, to have a LOT of fun.
